1. General principle
Reimbursements and postponements depend on the nature of the service, its progress, the resources already mobilized and the origin of the impediment. Nothing in this policy limits any applicable mandatory right.
2. Accompanied assessments
A confirmed assignment may be canceled without charge as long as no significant work, preparation or booking has started, unless otherwise provided in the quote. When the preparation has started, the services already carried out remain due. A slot mobilizing a consultant can be postponed according to the deadlines indicated in the offer.
3. Cancellation or absence of the candidate
The customer informs Thalionis as soon as possible. Late cancellation or no-show may result in billing for time prepared and reserved. Thalionis favors a postponement when a new slot can be organized without disproportionate burden.
4. Preventing Thalionis
If Thalionis cannot provide the service for a cause attributable to it, the customer chooses between a postponement without charge, a credit or reimbursement of the unperformed part. No cancellation fees are applied to the customer in this case.
5. Technical incident
When an incident attributable to the platform permanently prevents the completion of the course, Thalionis restores access, extends deadlines or re-credits the units concerned. If no equivalent solution is possible, the portion not provided is refunded or converted into a credit at the customer's choice.
6. Studio Credits
Uncommitted credits remain usable during their validity period. Credits are incurred when the invitation is sent to the candidate. Credits corresponding to a course started or a service performed are non-refundable, unless there is a billing error or default attributable to Thalionis.
The terms of expiration of purchased credits are indicated before the order and in the customer area. An expiration cannot be applied retroactively or without prior information.
7. Free credits and free trial
Promotional, loyalty or trial credits are free, non-convertible, non-transferable and non-refundable. The 24 trial account credits expire at the end of the trial month.
8. Duplicate payment or incorrect amount
A duplicate payment, unauthorized debit or amount error is checked upon receipt of the request. The amount unduly collected is refunded by the initial payment method or charged to an invoice with the customer's agreement.
9. Suspension or closure of the account
Suspension justified for serious violation, fraud, security risk or non-payment does not automatically entitle you to reimbursement. If Thalionis definitively terminates the service through no fault of the customer, the uncommitted purchased credits are refunded or transferred according to the choice offered to the customer.
10. Procedure
Any request is sent to assessment@thalionis.com with the identity of the company, the order reference, the candidate or assessment concerned and the reason. Thalionis acknowledges receipt and communicates its reasoned decision within a reasonable time.
11. Consumers
Thalionis offers are intended for professionals. If an order is exceptionally concluded with a consumer, the mandatory rules relating to pre-contractual information, the right of withdrawal and the early execution of a service take precedence over this policy.
