1. Why are you receiving this information?
You are invited to participate in an assessment as part of recruitment, promotion or professional development. The company that invites you determines the purpose of the course and communicates its identity to you before the evaluation begins.
2. Who processes your data?
The company behind the assessment generally acts as the data controller. Vik Consulting SRL, under the Thalionis brand, carries out the mission or supplies Studio Thalionis and acts depending on the context as data controller or subcontractor. Useful contact details and exact roles can be found in your invitation or the information provided by the company.
3. Information used
Depending on the course, the data may include your identity, your contact details, your CV, your photograph, your responses to questionnaires, the results of behavioral profile analyses, observations from role-playing and interviews, as well as the final report.
4. Process
Your personal invitation gives access to a secure space. You can consult the instructions, complete the questionnaires and follow the planned steps. The questions and exercises must remain linked to the function and the announced purpose. You can immediately report a technical difficulty or a question that you think is inappropriate.
5. Use of artificial intelligence
Certain steps can be assisted by artificial intelligence in order to structure, reconcile or synthesize information. The AI does not make any recruitment or promotion decisions. A competent person checks, contextualizes and validates the results and can modify or reject them.
6. Recipients
Your data is accessible only to authorized people: the company concerned, its authorized users, the consultants assigned to the course and the supervised technical service providers. The report is not made public.
7. Preservation
Unless there is a shorter duration decided by the company or a specific obligation, candidate data is kept for a maximum of 24 months after the end of the course or the last contact. The company responsible for processing can inform you of the exact duration applicable to your file.
8. Your rights and human control
You can request access, rectification, erasure, limitation or portability of your data and object to certain processing under the conditions provided for by the GDPR. You can request an understandable explanation, present your point of view, report an error, and request a human review.
9. Contact
First address your request to the company that invited you or use the contact details provided in your invitation. You can also contact Thalionis at assessment@thalionis.com. A complaint can be lodged with the Data Protection Authority.
