4. Hosting of the public site
The Thalionis public website is hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure located in Gravelines (GRA), France, within the European Economic Area.
Cockpit Thalionis and the public website use OVHcloud infrastructure in Gravelines, France. Automated OVHcloud backups are hosted in France; the identified Standard plan provides for one daily copy retained for 24 hours. Any other copies follow a separate lifecycle. AI assistance uses the OpenAI API with a Global project and standard retention. Email uses Google Workspace Business Starter, purchased through Wix, and the smtp.gmail.com server. These AI and email operations are not guaranteed to be exclusively European. The privacy policy explains the providers, retention rules and information still to be confirmed before an assessment.

The structure, texts, brands, logos, questionnaires, scenarios, grids, methods, interfaces, reports, graphics and other content are protected. Any reproduction, extraction, adaptation, distribution or exploitation, total or partial, requires the prior written authorization of Vik Consulting SRL or the holder concerned.
6. Published information
Vik Consulting SRL ensures the accuracy of the information but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the permanent currency of each content. The descriptions of the site do not replace a quote, a contract or an analysis adapted to a particular situation.
