1. Commitment
Vik Consulting SRL is committed to making Thalionis services accessible to people with disabilities and to integrating accessibility into the design, content and developments of the service.
2. Perimeter
The approach covers the public site, Studio Thalionis, the Expert and client spaces, the candidate journey, forms, questionnaires, dashboards, PDF reports, videos and content available in French, Dutch and English.
3. Target reference
Thalionis targets WCAG 2.2 level AA and takes into account European requirements applicable to digital services and e-commerce. Exact legal compliance depends on the scope of the service and any exemptions provided for microenterprises.
4. Compliance status
No definitive level of compliance is declared until a full audit has been carried out. The service is currently under evaluation. This language supersedes any prior declaration of partial compliance not supported by a documented audit.
5. Measures already integrated
- semantic structure and hierarchy of titles;
- explicit labels for forms;
- keyboard navigation and focus indication;
- text alternatives for useful images;
- contrasts, resizing and responsive layout;
- messages that are not based solely on color;
- taking into account the reduction of animations.
6. Limitations known or to be verified
- full accessibility of certain PDF reports;
- subtitles and transcriptions of video content;
- keyboard navigation and screen reader rendering of all complex interfaces;
- contrasts and size of certain historical texts;
- accessibility of components or content provided by third-party services;
- consistency of the three linguistic versions.
7. Improvement plan
Thalionis plans an audit combining automated tests and human verifications, priority correction of blocking obstacles, improvement of PDFs, addition of transcriptions, tests on essential paths and a review after each significant development.
8. Assistance and accessible alternative
If any content or function is not accessible, a reasonable alternative may be requested from assessment@thalionis.com. Indicate the page or function concerned, the difficulty encountered, your assistive technology and the desired format. Thalionis aims for a first response within five working days.
9. Method and update
This statement is currently based on preliminary editorial and technical self-assessment. It will be updated after the complete audit, at least once a year and during any significant modification. The next version will specify the tests carried out, the results and the confirmed limitations.
